Session fees
Individual session
$220 per 50-minute session

I accept Healthchoice insurance. I also see clients on a private-pay basis for those who prefer not to use insurance or whose plan I don't accept. Private-pay clients can request a superbill after each session to submit to their insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Why private pay?
Some clients choose private pay even when they have insurance. Billing insurance requires a mental health diagnosis, which becomes part of your permanent medical record. Many people doing deconstruction or religious trauma work don't have a diagnosable condition. They have a history. Private pay also means complete privacy: no insurance company, no employer, no third party has access to your records.
Reduced-fee slots
I hold a limited number of reduced-fee slots for clients who need them. If cost is a barrier, please mention it when you reach out. I'll tell you honestly whether I have availability.
Common Questions
Sessions are 50 minutes. We meet weekly, especially at the start of treatment. Some clients move to every other week once the work is well underway.
Yes. I offer secure video sessions for clients anywhere in Oklahoma. Telehealth sessions are the same length and cost as in-person sessions.
No. This practice sees adults only, for individual therapy only. I don't see anyone under 18, and I don't offer couples or family therapy.
Yes, with the standard legal exceptions: imminent danger to yourself or others, child abuse, and court orders. I don't share information with your family, your employer, your insurance company, or your religious community.
No. I work with people across the full spectrum of belief. Secular means I keep my own beliefs out of the room. It doesn't mean I think yours don't matter or that faith is a problem to fix.
No. Where you land is your business. Some of my clients are rebuilding a faith that works for them. Some are done with religion entirely. I follow your lead.
Yes, fully. LGBTQ clients are a core part of this practice. You don't have to explain yourself, translate yourself, or brace for judgment. Straight clients are equally welcome.
